Atlantic City Status Match from Caesars Rewards Diamond
Caesars Rewards Diamond status is fairly easy to achieve through status match. Caesars Rewards has three casinos in Atlantic City: Harrah’s, Tropicana, and Caesars (plus Wild West). If you have Diamond status or above with Caesars, you are able to gain some valuable status matches down the boardwalk of Atlantic City. You can only do status match when you first sign up, so don’t sign up online ahead of time.
Caesars Rewards Diamond to Hard Rock Wild Card Rock Royalty
The first stop to make with your Caesars Reward Diamond players card is the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City. The players club is located at the back of the casino (away from the boardwalk) and up an escalator.
Caesars Rewards Diamond status can be matched to Rock Royalty, the second highest tier of Hard Rock’s Wild Card loyalty program. With Rock Royalty, you instantly get two free nights stay at the Hard Rock, $50 in free play and a free car wash each month. You can also access the Legends Lounge or Fresh Harvest Buffet for $10 comp dollars.
Take your new Rock Royalty card and head down the boardwalk to Ocean.
Hard Rock Wild Card Rock Royalty to Ocean Rewards Prime
Ocean doesn’t offer a status match for Caesars Rewards Diamond, but they do offer one to Hard Rock Wild Card Rock Royalty. So head to the Ocean Rewards desk which is located just to your left as you come up the escalator from the boardwalk. You will then be matched to Prime, the second highest tier of Ocean Rewards.
Prime is valuable even if you never come back to Atlantic City. Immediately upon the status match you get a one time voucher that allows access for you and a guest to the Avila Lounge. The Avila Lounge offers a number of food options as well as complimentary alcoholic beverages. If you want to go back, it is $10 comp dollars per person. You also get two free nights Sunday-Friday only.
As a Prime elite you also get some benefits outside of Atlantic City. First, you get a seven day cruise for two on MSC Cruises in an Ocean View room with no port fees. Note that you can also status match from various hotel loyalty programs to MSC Cruises for added benefits on the cruise itself.
Second, you get a two night complimentary stay at Wynn Las Vegas plus a $50 dining credit. Fine print is available here. It looks like no resort fees are charged not the free nights so it is a truly free stay.
Summary
In one afternoon, I was able to use my Caesars Rewards Diamond status to get $50 free play, four free nights in Atlantic City (which to be honest I probably will never use), a free buffet meal in a lounge for two, a seven night cruise, and two free nights with $50 credit at Wynn in Las Vegas.
Hi, I have to go to Atlantic City next year and curious if this will work. I have Wyndham Diamond currently and need to spend 2 nights in AC. Could I:
1. Match to Cesar’s Diamond
2. Match to Hard Rock Rock Royalty
3. Immediately book 2 nights at the Hard Rock?
In the other words is there some sort of “delay” before being able to book the 2 free nights? Thanks in advance
I’m not 100% sure, but when I was reading up on the status matches, I heard that you can book it immediately. Probably want to have a back up just in case though.
I have matched to hard rock before but my status dropped can I rematch again from cesars diamond to hard rock Rock Royalty
I believe it is a one time match, but you could give it a try.
