Anyone can purchase an Alaska Lounge membership that provides access to Alaska Lounges as well as partner lounges. You can also purchase a day pass directly from the Lounge.
With Mileage Plan status you can also access some partner lounges like British Lounges in London, Saga Lounge in Iceland, or Qantas Lounges in Australia in addition to oneworld Lounges when flying internationally.
As of March, 2021, Alaska Airlines is now part of the oneworld alliance. But Alaska has additional airline partners around the world including Singapore Airlines and Condor. You have a ton of options for world travel to destinations in Europe and Australia for example.
However Alaska has also lost partners including Delta, AirFrance, KLM and AeroMexico.
If you have an Alaska Airlines Visa card, you also get a generous companion fare each year.
