The Capital One Lounge at the D Gates in Las Vegas opened in February, 2025. It is in the most central location of any lounge at LAS — just above the escalators as you get off the tram. As you are going up the escalators, you can see the lounge to the right.

Anyone can access the D Gates; even if your flight is leaving from other gates. You just need to take the tram; so give yourself plenty of time.
Entry is complimentary for anyone with the Capital One Venture X card. Cardholders can also bring two guests with them. If you have any other Capital One card, the fee to access the lounge is $90 (not worth it).
The entry area of the lounge is the check in desk and a Grab & Go area. So if you have a short layover or are running low on time before your flight, you can check in and then grab some snacks for your flight. Boxed water and coffee is available, along with some sandwiches and other snacks.
Unlike the Grab & Go section in Denver, they don’t have warm cookies or cans of sparking water.
As you move from this area to the main area of the lounge, you pass the bathrooms. All the bathrooms are individual and there are no showers, though there is one private relaxation room.
The main lounge is long and narrow.
The bar is to one end of the lounge along with plenty of seating.
The other direction is the buffet area and additional seating.
I visited during breakfast and there was a variety of food options.
As I visited pretty early on a Monday, the lounge was not crowded. I imagine if it is, you would want to join the waitlist through the Capital One app as you arrive at the airport. The lounge feels smaller than Denver, so I would guess that it may get crowded at peak times.
It’s nice to have another lounge option in Las Vegas. Chase is planning on opening a Sapphire Lounge at LAS as well, which would mean that the three major credit card companies with lounges will have a footprint in Las Vegas (the Amex Centurion Lounge has been open for many years).
