T-Mobile M life Partnership
A T-Mobile M life Partnership beyond arena naming rights seems to be in the works. Today T-Mobile announced their “Un-carrier 11”, also known as #GetThanked. There were essentially three big benefits to T-Mobile customers that were introduced:
- Free Gogo Inflight Internet – 1 hour on every flight for T-Mobile customers (which is a great benefit on its own!)
- Free Stock – each T-Mobile customer will receive 1 share of T-Mobile, with the ability to earn more through referrals
- T-Mobile Tuesdays – each Tuesday T-Mobile customers will receive gifts; including a free Dominos Pizza, Wendy’s Frosty and VUDU video rental.
So where does the T-Mobile M life partnership come in to this?
In April the new T-Mobile Arena opened in Las Vegas; owned by MGM Resorts. In the naming rights announcement back in January, we learned of some benefits T-Mobile customers will have at the arena:
T-Mobile customers already enjoy high-speed connectivity to America’s fastest 4G LTE network throughout Las Vegas, and at T-Mobile Arena, they will always get the Un-carrier VIP treatment. T-Mobile customers will get unique benefits like a dedicated fast-track VIP venue entrance at every event. At select events, they can access event tickets and premium VIP experiences reserved exclusively for T-Mobile customers, pre-sales and seat upgrade opportunities. Everyone at T-Mobile Arena will benefit from charging stations located throughout the arena concourse.
Well, with today’s “Un-carrier 11” announcement comes news of how some additional aspects of the T-Mobile M life partnership.
Buried deep within the press release I found this:
Each week, customers can count on T-Mobile Tuesdays to thank them with recurring gifts, a surprise gift from a new partner and a chance to win something epic. Of course, the Un-carrier will keep changing up the menu to keep your Tuesdays fresh, fun and full of gratitude with more partners like American Giant, Buffalo Wild Wings, Condé Nast, Fanatics, Fandango, Gilt, HotelTonight, JackThreads, Legendary Pictures and Universal Pictures, Lyft, Major League Baseball, MGM Resorts International, Samsung Electronics America, Inc., Shell, StubHub, The Clymb, The Grommet and Warner Brothers. That’s for starters.
On top of that, one of the “epic prizes” that will be given away to one customer each week includes a trip to Vegas on June 14:
Finally, someone will win a truly epic prize every Tuesday. Tomorrow, one lucky person’s going to win a trip on a party bus to a private screening of Warcraftalong with 40 of their closest friends with all the candy, popcorn and soda they can handle. Every week, you’ll have a chance to win something truly mind-blowing. Here are just a few examples of upcoming prizes:
A trip for two to Vegas to stay at Mandalay Bay with tickets to see UB40 at the Mandalay Bay Beach and roll VIP style at Luxor’s LAX Nightclub. Plus $100 in Lyft credits to get around town.
Also on June 14th, at least one customer will also receive 2 Nights at MONTE CARLO + $800 Gift Card + $50 Lyft Credit.
